Olympic Weightlifting Programs

The snatch and clean & jerk aren't just lifts - they're art forms. We'll break down every phase until the movement feels natural. Started coaching these lifts back in 2015 and honestly, watching someone nail their first full squat clean never gets old.

Functional Strength Training

Forget those fancy machines that lock you into weird angles. We're talking compound movements - squats, presses, pulls. The stuff that actually makes you stronger in real life, not just in the gym.

Warrior Conditioning Classes

These sessions'll test you. We mix heavy carries, sled pushes, battle ropes, and bodyweight work that'll have your heart pounding. It's not easy, but that's kinda the point. You'll leave feeling like you conquered something.

Yeah, we lift heavy, but recovery's just as important. We run dedicated mobility work and recovery sessions because lifting with jacked-up shoulders or tight hips is a fast track to injury. Trust me, I learned that the hard way.

You can't out-train a bad diet. Our nutrition guidance isn't about crazy restrictions or fad diets - it's about fueling performance and recovery. Real food, real advice, real results.
