Yeah, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime - just let us know before your next billing cycle. A lot of folks start with Warrior to get the feel of the place, then move up to Vanguard once they're hooked on the classes. It's your call.

Perfect - that's actually where most people start. Every membership includes an equipment orientation where we'll show you proper form and safety basics. If you're totally new, I'd recommend Vanguard so you can jump into classes where coaches are constantly watching and correcting form. We've taught plenty of people who'd never touched a barbell before.

Nope. We don't do contracts because we think they're garbage. You're month-to-month and can cancel whenever. If you want to save some cash though, we do offer annual memberships at 15% off - but that's totally optional.

Champion tier gets you four 60-minute one-on-one sessions each month. These aren't just generic workouts - we're talking custom programming based on your specific goals, detailed form work, and honestly whatever you need help with. Some folks use 'em all for Olympic lifting technique, others split between strength work and mobility. It's your time.

Yep. You can freeze for up to 3 months per year with 72 hours notice. There's a small admin fee ($15) to keep your spot, but that's way better than paying full price when you can't train. Medical situations? We work with you - just bring documentation and we'll figure something out.

Nah, we hate that stuff. What you see is what you pay. There's a one-time $50 registration fee when you first join (covers admin and your key fob), but after that it's just your monthly rate. If you want extra personal training beyond what's in Champion, those are available for purchase, but nobody's pushing them on you.

Mornings before 8am and evenings from 5-7pm get pretty busy, not gonna lie. But we've got enough platforms and racks that you're rarely stuck waiting more than a few minutes. If you can train mid-morning or early afternoon, you'll basically have the place to yourself. Some members love that, others like the energy when it's packed. Your preference.

Yeah, we do 10% off any membership for students with valid ID, active military, veterans, and first responders. Just show proof when you sign up. We also have a refer-a-friend program where both of you get a month at 20% off if someone you bring joins.
