When you sign up for membership or book a session, we'll need the usual suspects: name, email, phone number, address, date of birth. We also collect emergency contact info - because safety first, always.
Here's where it gets specific to what we do. We might collect injury history, fitness goals, training experience, body composition metrics, and progress photos (only if you opt in). This stuff helps us design programs that won't wreck you and actually move the needle on your gains.
Credit card details, billing address, membership tier info. We use secure payment processors - we don't store full card numbers on our systems.
Check-in times, class attendance, equipment usage, website browsing patterns. Helps us figure out when we need more squat racks and what programs people actually want.

Request a copy of everything we have on you. Usually takes about a week to compile.
Something wrong? Let us know and we'll fix it ASAP.
Want out? We'll delete everything except what we legally have to keep.
